Founded in 1966, the UNION County Historical Village is dedicated to preserving the artifacts, documents, and history of UNION County. Our motto is "Preserving Our Past to Educate Our Future."
As our community grows, so do its needs. Our current building has become overcrowded and lacks adequate climate control, limiting our ability to properly preserve our collections and serve the community. We are planning to build a new 9,000-square-foot, ADA-compliant, climate-controlled museum and classroom facility.
The new building will provide much-needed space for exhibits and activities while allowing us to offer educational programs, workshops, and special events throughout the year. Most importantly, it will help ensure that the history and heritage of UNION County are preserved for generations to come.
