Saving With Soul Pet Rescue
The Pup Stop Brick Paver Project
Welcome to the donor site for Saving with Soul Pet Rescue of NW FL, The Pup Stop! We welcome as many people as possible to be involved. This program is a great opportunity to memorialize a pet who has crossed the rainbow bridge, or simply to recognize current or past pets!
On September 1, 2023, Saving with Soul (SWS) took possession of a 3,500 square foot building on one acre in North Okaloosa County with the goal of expanding our miracle-making by leaps and bounds. With so much room, there are so many things we can do to help save even more homeless animals.
• We will create a 7-day/week adoption center where adopters can visit with multiple dogs in a comfortable, no-chaos, no-pressure atmosphere
• We will provide a wonderful dog-friendly shady spot for locals and travelers to take a minute or two out of their busy days to relax among friends
• We will offer affordable boarding services for small and medium-size dogs in a home-style, mostly cage-free environment
• Best of all, we have opened our low-cost spay/neuter clinic for cats and dog.
SWS is a non-profit organization that saves unwanted dogs and cats in Walton, Okaloosa, and Santa Rosa counties with a strong volunteer, foster and adoption program. We currently bring more than 1,500 dogs and cats into the rescue, making us the highest volume pet rescue in the area. With the opening of The Pup Stop, we anticipate increasing that number to 2,000. We are not a breed-specific rescue; in fact, the “muttier” the pet, the more we want to help him or her! We like to say, “as long as the dog or cat is NICE, we can find them a home.” We’d love for you to join our family of miracle-makers!
We will have an introductory price for $50 for a 4x8 brick and $75 for an 8x8 brick. There is a $5 charge for stock symbols. If you wish to have a custom symbol, there is a $50 set-up fee in addition to the price for the symbol. The 4x8 brick will have space for 3 lines with 18 characters per line. The 8x8 brick will have space for six lines with 18 characters per line. We will be building a memorial wall where the pavers will be mounted. If you wish to have your brick paver for your home or office, that is an option. If not, pavers will be mounted on a memorial wall we will be creating at The Pup Stop.
The net proceeds from all brick sales will go into operating The Pup Stop to help us save and spay or neuter more cats and dogs. Anybody is welcome to purchase a paver. If you prefer to have a paver for your home, office, etc., that is also an option!
