Rotary Club of Westerly Foundation

The Rotary Club of Westerly is fundraising to make an improvement to Rotary Park. We are going to replace approximately 900’ of asphalt path with a brick walk to the Children’s Garden. Any funds that are raised beyond the cost of the brick path will benefit the Rotary Club of Westerly Foundation. The Rotary Club of Westerly Foundation provides funds to local causes including The Chorus of Westerly Summer Pops, Pee Wee Football, Jonnycake Center Fuel Assistance Program, scholarships to high school seniors residing in Westerly and countless other local and global initiatives. Rotary is an international charitable organization comprised of professional and business leaders whose goals are humanitarian service, high ethical standards and the promotion of integrity, goodwill and peace around the world. The Rotary Club of Westerly has been a proud member of Rotary International, the largest and oldest service organization in the world dedicated to friendship, fellowship, and service to others since 1958. Our motto – “Service Above Self” – guides everything we do. We champion peace, fight illiteracy and poverty, help people get access to clean water and sanitation and fight disease. Our newest cause is to protect our planet and its resources.
