Don't miss your chance to take part in a great community fundraiser. The Grant County Change Alliance is raising funds to facilitate restoration projects on the 126 year old Advent Christian Church on Main Street in John Day, Oregon. We are selling bricks that you can have engraved. The finished bricks will be installed in the lawn on the church property to be viewed and enjoyed for generations.
Money raised from the sale of these commemorative bricks will go toward projects inside and outside of the church.
Projects, such as a new wrought iron fence around the church, power connection to the building, new carpet, and many other projects that will breathe new life into this amazing piece of Grant County history. All projects will be done within the boundaries of the National Historic Register.
