Nativity Catholic Church

Welcome to the Nativity Catholic Church website for our Memorial Brick and Bench Fundraiser.

Since our founding in 1900—then part of the Archdiocese of Baltimore—prayers have been lifted on this sacred ground. The first Mass was celebrated in 1901, marking the beginning of a faith-filled journey in Brightwood.

Today, Nativity remains a place of daily prayer, love, community, and outreach to those in need across our beautiful city. Our heritage is deep, our faith is strong, and our mission is the mission of the Church.

As part of our celebration of 125 years of service, we are installing a lift to assist our members who are unable to climb stairs but wish to participate in Mass. In order to fund this project, we are laying memorial bricks adjacent to the lift for those supporters who wish to have their name, or that of their family or loved ones, memorialized and remembered in prayer for generations to come.
