Ice House Museum Memorial and Honor Walkway

Do you know someone you would like to recognize with a one-time donation that will last a lifetime? Help create a unique and highly visible pathway in front of the Ice House Museum Memorial and Honor fountain. Purchase an engraved brick in honor of your family, memory of a loved one, a community volunteer, birthdays, weddings, graduations, anniversaries, your company or organization. Each sponsored brick will be a visible part of a red brick pathway from the sidewalk in front of the Museum to the historic Pump House. All proceeds raised from the commemorative brick program will be used to continue expanding operations at the Ice House Museum.

The Ice House Museum & Cultural Center, Inc. located at 818 Earnest Avenue in Silsbee, TX, is housed in a 1927 building that had once been an operating ice plant where "at the dawn of the age of electricity, a drifter in one southern city turned down a job offer because the new electric plant was trying to do something even God couldn't do, make ice in the summertime".
