The J Reilly McCarren Transportation Museum was established in 2014 with the purpose of promoting the importance of railroads and railroad safety to the local community. Our mission of preservation, education, and restoration is what drives us to preserve important artifacts and donated items for future generations. These artifacts are conduits to the past, please help us to raise funds for a museum expansion that would enable us to showcase our collection, promote railroad heritage and protect our historic train cars from the elements.
To support the museum and its mission, we are selling commemorative bricks. These pavers are a great way to pay a lasting tribute to a loved one and will be laid at the Springdale Depot and in front of the museum.
the J. Reilly McCarren Transportation Museum is a non-profit 501 c3 organization located in downtown Springdale, Arkansas.
