The addition of the Signature Carousel has been a goal of the Friends of Joe W. Brown Park for more than a decade, creating a safe entertainment venue where families and community can gather, enjoy and celebrate the beautiful amenities of Joe W. Brown.

Friends of Joe W. Brown Memorial Park is a non profit organization established to promote the restoration and preservation of Joe W. Brown Memorial Park and Louisiana Nature Center through education, recreation, beatification, economic development, and community involvement.
