The Franklin VNA & Hospice Teuscher-Wilson Hospice Garden is the heart of a much anticipated addition to the Franklin VNA & Hospice grounds, the heart of which is our Memory Brick and Founding Donor Patio.

The patio was laid in 2018, and annually our Memory Ceremony is held in June to honor those for whom bricks were purchased in the past year.

We would be honored to have you participate by purchasing a memory brick for a loved one, or as a donor, to honor the memories of those who have died and support the work of the Hospice Program, its volunteers and the dedicated hospice staff.

The donors will also have the opportunity to be present at the annual Memory Ceremony once the bricks are laid in June.

Donors from groups or businesses are invited to participate at stronger levels of commitment. Donors at the Diamond, Opal and Amethyst levels will have the opportunity to be present at the Memory ceremony annually in June.
