Forever Young Kelly

In March of 1989 our beautiful, funny and loving friend Kelly Tinyes was brutally

murdered by a neighbor. It devastated the whole community and life has never

been quite the same since. It now has been 31 years and we have never forgotten

or stopped thinking of Kelly and what she has meant to all of us. Back in 1989, on

most friday nights we would meet up at Grant Park to hang out and ice skate, which

was Kelly's favorite thing to do. We have teamed up with the Hewlett - Woodmere

Public Schools Endowment fund and created plans for a memorial at the park.

After months of waiting for approvals, we have finally been given the green light to

start fundraising for this project. Our plans include replacing the concrete grounds

with personalized engraved bricks, benches and recreational tables that the whole

community can enjoy. If you do not want to buy a brick or bench, do not worry!

Any donation is welcomed and appreciated! We have until February 1, 2021 to

reach our goal of $30,000 for this project. Kelly's friends and family appreciate all

of your help and support.

From the bottom of our hearts we Thank you!!
