MOUNT BAKER COUNCIL, BSA is both excited and proud to announce the construction of our Fire Mountain Scout Camp Anniversary Plaza in 2023 after a great launch of brick sales in 2022. Over 250 bricks have been purchased so far.
The Council has opened up the availability for our supporters to purchase even more bricks for the plaza.

This magnificent-covered brick walkway and flag ceremony area will be awesome focal point as part of the recent new construction in the main part of the camp. Through your support, your commitment to the mission and values of the Boy Scouts of America, our Council and our program facility will be recognized in a public and enduring way as we celebrate the fun and adventure of Fire Mountain Scout Camp with this permanent plaza and flag ceremonial area.

Now is the opportunity to place a Scout’s name, family name, or unit leader’s name at this very visible entrance to the center of Fire Mountain Scout Camp. Suggestions to consider for engraving include:

• Unit Number
• Eagle Scout
• Order of the Arrow member,
• Camp Staff Alumni
• Wood Badge Course and Patrol
• In Memory of a Scout or Scouter

• Scout Family
• James E West Fellow
• District Award of Merit
• Silver Beaver Award
• Founder’s Award
• Leadership Title (i.e. Council President, District Chairs, Scoutmaster).

These bricks will be on display as constant reminder of individuals or groups who have become a big part of the Scouting family in Mount Baker Council and Fire Mountain Scout Camp.
