The Fluvanna-Louisa Housing Foundation motto is Better Housing, Stronger Community. In our capacity as a CHDO – Community Housing Development Organization – we are developing 25 affordable housing units in Louisa County that are 1 and 2-bedroom rentals.

16 one-bedroom housing units will primarily benefit Louisa County Seniors, and another 9 two-bedroom units will benefit the Workforce with a priority on making sure that those working in our community in their capacity as first responders, LCPS, and county workers, can afford to live here.

Brick pavers will be added to walkways in the community as a fundraiser for construction. These bricks are customizable and will allow the community to support this project with a permanent name or message added to the walkways. We are grateful for your support in meeting the housing needs in Louisa County with a Warm, Safe & Dry home.
