For more than 140 years, First Baptist Church of Devine has been a place where lives have been changed, faith has been strengthened, and generations have come together to serve Christ. Founded in 1882, our church has stood as a beacon of hope and faith in the community, growing from humble beginnings under a live oak tree into the church family we know and love today.
As we renovate and preserve our historic sanctuary for future generations, we invite you to become part of its story through our Legacy Wall. This special recognition wall will honor those who have helped shape our church's history and ministry, including founding members, pastors, deacons, teachers, ministry leaders, family members, and loved ones.
For a donation of $300, you can purchase a personalized engraved brick for the Legacy Wall. Your gift will help fund approximately one square foot of the sanctuary renovation while creating a lasting tribute to someone special.
Whether you choose to honor a parent, grandparent, child, friend, church leader, or your own family, your brick will become a permanent part of the legacy of First Baptist Church of Devine.
Help us preserve the past, strengthen the present, and build for the future as we continue Equipping All Generations to Impact Lives for Christ.
