Camp Chi is the largest
Jewish overnight camp in North America, welcoming more than 1,600 campers and
staff each year for a quintessential joyful Jewish summer camp experience. This
summer, we have something extraordinary to celebrate. Thanks to the generosity
of our incredible community, we’re closing out the Camp Chi Centennial Campaign
and commemorating nearly $10 million invested since 2020 to transform and
enhance our beloved Klaff Family Campus.
And there's still one more piece
of this legacy to complete, and it's one you can be a part of. Our final
Centennial Campaign project will transform the gathering space at the heart of
camp: we're replacing the gravel path and terrace around Camp Chi's iconic
flagpole with a brand-new engraved brick walkway, a cherished central gathering
spot where young people feel the magic of belonging to something bigger than
themselves. Whether you were a camper in the 1960s or dropped your child off for
their first summer last year, each engraved brick is an opportunity to honor a
beloved counselor, celebrate your SIT class, recognize a camper who made you
proud, or simply join your family's name alongside the thousands of others
who've called Chi home.
From generation to
generation, Camp Chi has been a place where Jewish identity is lived joyfully,
friendships are forged for life, and kids unplug from the world just long enough
to find themselves. With your support, it always will be.
Keep the Chi flame burning for the next 100 years. Join us and reserve your brick or bench today!
