BIG Red School House & Community Center

The BIG Red School House & Community Center is Coming to Life!

This new facility is being built as a multi-purpose facility in Athens, Texas. It’s largest resident tenant will be the National RV Training Academy.

The BIG Red is a Non-profit facility that has been blessed to build everything you see below debt free with donation support. We are now moving into the interior construction phase that will produce three large bays providing for inside parking of RVs in a climate-controlled training space.

There will also be three 30’x30’ classrooms, office space, restrooms and a small break room on the first floor. Future expansion when funds become available will allow for the addition of more classroom space on a second level along with additional office space.

It is no secret that the RV Industry is in great need for trained technicians to service the hundreds of thousands of RVs being manufactured and sold each year. It is also no secret that most new RV Owners can benefit by developing greater RV Maintenance Knowledge leading to greater RVing Confidence.
The programs to be presented in the BIG Red School House will support the Consumer who wants to build their RVing confidence along with training hundreds of technicians needed to fill the need in the RVing industry.

We still have much to do and it all takes funding to provide a facility such as the BIG Red. We have launched the BIG Red Brick Campaign to provide you the opportunity to participate in supporting the RV industry. When you donate a brick, not only will your donation be tax deductible, your brick will become part of a future sidewalk, or possibly one of the patio’s outside the BIG Red School House.

You have the donation option of three different sizes of bricks depending upon the donation you wish to make.

The 4” x 8” Brick will provide you with the ability to have up to three lines of text up to 18 characters in length. The minimum donation for this brick will be $100.

The 8” x 8” Brick will provide you with the ability to have up to 6 lines of text up to 18 characters in length. The minimum donation for this brick will be $250.

For the donor who wants to make more of a statement, there is a custom option we call the Array. This is a 16” x 16” array of bricks on which you can place your own custom design possibly using your business logo, or some other graphic logo with some text.

The minimum donation for the Array is $2000.
