In 2012, you helped us build and furnish our third and permanent home at 1124
East 10th Street,
Chattanooga, Tennessee. We house 13 women in this beautiful 6,000
sq. foot facility with a chapter room, kitchen, library, 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms
and a double laundry facility. For the past 13 years, the Beta Beta chapter has
excelled on campus, including meeting recruitment quotas, earning top
scholastic awards, and continuing our physical and financial support of the
Chattanooga Ronald McDonald House. And, at the 2024 Grand
Convention, Beta Beta won her first coveted Golden Lion Award. This
spring, the house corporation built a beautiful covered porch, and painted the
house white with azure blue shutters. As we move into our 100th year
on the UTC campus, we are asking for your help to renovate our chapter room.
While you can still purchase a brick in honor, or in memory, of a sister, we
hope you will be part of our 100th Anniversary brick campaign for
which all the proceeds will be used to refurbish the house.
Bricks are 4X8 inches and will commemorate the 100th anniversary of
the Beta Beta Chapter. Engravings will be 3 lines with all capital letters; the
first line will be designated with 100th anniversary, the second line
will be designated Beta Beta1926-2026 and the last line is for your name or
another sister’s (18 character maximum) Bricks will be engraved and installed
for a minimum donation of $100 per brick.
If you have any questions, please call Beth Haughton
Painter 423-309-4487. As with all gifts to Beta Beta House Corporation,
donations are not tax deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income
tax purposes. Please help us continue the sisterhood one brick at a
time, and we hope to see you in April for the 100th anniversary celebration.
Loyally, Beta Beta House Corporation
