The Southfield Kappa Foundation (SKF)
was established in 1991 as a nonprofit organization. All funds raised by SKF are
for charitable purposes. SKF applied for and received tax exempt status by the
Internal Revenue Code. SKF operates as a non-profit, tax exempt, publicly
supported organization as described in Section 501 (c)(3) of the Internal
Revenue Service Code. All contributions made to SKF are tax deductible.
Summary Of SKF Successes:
Awarded over $700,000 in scholarships
Mentor over 300 High School young men
Contribute over 2000 volunteer hours annually to community service
Purchased for cash and Beautified 1800 s.q. building to serve as the SKF
Headquarters and center for volunteer services
Fed over 5000 families for Thanksgiving.

The educational development and preparedness of youth and social well-being of
the community.
Deserving minority students with $1000 renewable college scholarships each year.
Since our inception in 1991, we have awarded over $700,000 in scholarships.
