The City of Bellflower’s Veterans Memorial is located at Library Garden, 9918 Flower Street and is dedicated to the men and women who are serving or have served our country in times of peace and war, and especially to those who gave their lives in that service. The Memorial includes a paved reflection area where inscribed bricks may be purchased for past or present military personnel.

By purchasing an inscribed brick, you will be preserving the memory and efforts of our distinguished service men and women as well as supporting the upkeep and maintenance of the Veterans Memorial. Inscribed bricks will become a permanent part of the Veterans Memorial and will commemorate your loved one’s service for years to come.

The cost of a 4” X 8” brick is $125 and you may select up to three lines of engraving with 18 characters per line (including spaces and punctuation). All donors will receive a 3” x 1.5” replica brick with the same inscription. Inscription will be centered in all capital letters and will include:

All inscriptions are subject to approval by the City of Bellflower.

This opportunity is ongoing until all bricks have sold. Bricks are installed semi-annually based on the following purchase and installation schedule:

Bricks purchased October – March will be installed by Memorial Day.

Bricks purchased April – September will be installed by Veterans Day.
