         DONOR SITE/PAYPAL

If you have a Donor Site and are using PayPal, please make sure to set-up your PayPal account as per the instructions under the topic Donor Site.

Your customers will receive a page saying "Order Has Been Cancelled" if the set-up has not been completed.

Donor Site:

IMPORTANT TIPS:

 

1.   We recommend all capital letters. If you type upper/lower case, we will engrave upper/lower case.
   
2. Do not try to center each line; we will center the bricks horizontically and vertically.
   
3. If you have orders in your Pending Section, do not create new orders if adding a brick.  Edit the existing order(s) and then add.
   
4.

If you have a donor site and are accepting logos, you need to place an enja (~) and the word LOGO (and logo type) on the first line (or wherever you want it placed within that brick):

                            (ex: ~HEART LOGO~)
   
5. If you have a donor site, our Web Team will automatically create new orders once the Pending Order(s) are submitted; hence, you will not need to "Start New Order".
