Please note:  This online order form is for donors who have already made a contribution or pledge of $275 or more. If you have not made a donation but wish to purchase an engraved brick in honor or memory of a loved one, please contact Sarah Bretl at (651) 241-5460.

 

Thank you for purchasing a brick in support of the J.A. Wedum Residential Hospice. A brick will be permanently placed at the Wedum home and will be a lasting tribute to your loved one.

 

Your personalized 4” x 8” brick may have up to three lines of text. Each line may hold up to 18 characters (including spaces and punctuation). We suggest using one of the following options in the first line: IN MEMORY OF, IN HONOR OF, or IN CELEBRATION OF. All letters are capitalized and all lines are centered on the brick. Below are some examples.
