The Washington Dog Park Association (WDPA) is a non-profit sub-committee of the Washington Parks Dept.. In June of 2007, construction of our dog park was completed and we had our Grand Opening that summer. Located in Sunset Park in Washington, Iowa, we are considered one of the smallest towns in the US to have a dog park. It is 1.2 acres, with a large dog area and a small dog area. Through the purchase of these bricks, our donors have enabled us to create, develop and maintain Sunset Dog Park for all to enjoy. The attractive walkway to the park entrance is where you’ll see the inscribed Memory Bricks.

There are many spaces left, so please consider purchasing a Memory Brick now. You will be helping to enhance the appearance of the dog park as well as memorializing someone special or a beloved pet.

The bricks can also be inscribed to commemorate an important date, event or achievement, thank a friend… or just make a statement!

This is an opportunity to leave a permanent reminder of your presence for future generations.

The 4” x 8” bricks sell for $35.00 each, with space for three lines of inscription…18 characters each line.
