 At the Sanctuary, among the oaks, maples, and pines, there is a quiet, peaceful and serene spot called, "Beyond Friends."  

   Many visitors have already sat here, meeting their adoptive pet for the first time, or perhaps to surrender a rescued pet to the Sanctuary, or on a hot summer day volunteers, naturally drawn to its offering of cool shade and gentle breezes, take a break from their work.

    As part of the Sanctuary, this special spot is where magic happens. An abandoned pup meets his special person, and a kitten, pulled from death row at a local shelter, is placed in the arms of her furever family.

   Now you can be a part of the magic!

When you purchase an engraved brick honoring a friend, relative, beloved pet or just leaving your name in support of our mission, you help Southern Friends save another abandoned, homeless or shelter animal. All proceeds go to the care

and well-being of our Sanctuary pets.
