Dear Friends and Neighbors,

We are writing to extend an invitation to you to include the names of your loved ones in our Waterford Memorial Garden. By selling individual memorial bricks to be laid along the stone wall of the garden, we are hoping to raise money for the church restoration fund. This money will be used towards fixing the church steeple and, hopefully, creating a lasting source of funds for future repairs to the church.

As we have written before, our church is an historic treasure that remains open to all as a place to celebrate marriages, births and special occasions, to mourn the passing of loved ones and to gather as a community. This is true whether you are a member of the church or not. It is hard to imagine our lovely historic village without it. Any contribution you can make is a gift for generations to come.   

Memorial bricks can be purchased for $100 each for the 4” by 8” bricks and $200 each for the 8” by 8” bricks.  Please use the enclosed order form to send us the name of the person you wish to memorialize along with the years of his or her birth and death if you would like to include these. We expect to submit our first round of orders for bricks at the end of May.
