The HVMFINC was started in May 2008 in the memory of major Alan G. Rogers killed in Iraq on January 27th 2008. He was from Hampton. Our goal is to raise awareness for all of our veterans and troops by raising funds for the Major Alan G. Roger's scholarship fund setup at Santa Fe College in Gainesville, Florida where this fallen soldier attended. We also donate to the Gainesville Fisher House a place being built in Gainesville, Florida for veterans families to stay while they are being treated at the Gainesville VA Hospital.
