Flora Memorial Garden
				A
community project to honor those we love.

A group of volunteers are planning the
construction of the memorial garden to be located at the corner
of Main and Division Streets on Flora United Methodist Church
				property.

Designed
and landscaped to be a very peacefuland tranquil setting, the
garden will have a seat wall surrounding it with two entrances.
One end will contain a water fountain consisting of three
vertical rocks with water trickling out of the top. The other
end will consist of an octagon shaped gazebo with limestone
columns. Engraved paving bricks will form the shape of a Celtic
				cross around the water feature.

The garden
will offer a place to honor family and friends whose faith and
love have touched our hearts and blessed our lives. Engraved
bricks may be purchased to commemmorate their legacy; veterans,
clergy, firefighters, law enforcements, EMTs, community members
family, friends and others will be remembered here. The garden
will continue the legacy with more engraved bricks being added
				for many years to come.

Our hope is
that the garden will become a special place where people can
pause, contemplate and remember the lives of those who have gone
before. The garden is also designed to provide a space to host
Bible Studies, special events and celebrations.

This project,
estimated at $150,000, will need many donors to support the cost
of construction. Prayerfully consider your level of
financial support for the Flora Memorial Garden Fund. You may
order as many paving bricks as you wish for $100 each.

Using the
attached form, please specify a name and/or phrase to be
engraved on each brick. If you would like additional forms, or to
request additional information on the project, please call
