As most of you have heard,
the Delta Eta housing corporation is in the works of building a
48-Brother fraternity house. This is a very exciting time
for all the brothers of the Delta Eta Chapter as the new house
acts as a light at the end "off campus" tunnel. We have
had a few tough years, but with the help of our Alumni and
Nationals, we have stuck together and now feel stronger than
ever. In order to continue with our upcoming success as a
Fraternity at the University of Delaware, we must keep good
relations with our Nations and Housing Corporation.
Therefore, we have resolved to form a fundraiser where Brothers
and Alumni from all classes and generations can share a wall in
the Chapter Room of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity House.
Proceeds of each brick sold will help keep our positive
relations with our Nationals as well as ensure the success of
the new house which is located on Pike Way off of South Chapel
Street. The bricks will be 4x8 and sell for $195 and have
available space for 3 lines, 18 characters on each line. (For
those of you who had the opportunity to attend Founder's Day
this year, you may have seen the sample brick presented to Bob
Tkachick).
