SPCA TAMPA BAY has kicked off its "Socially Acceptable Graffiti Brick Campaign" to enhance our garden area.  Buy a brick, have it engraved, and dedicate your purchase in honor/memory of a special pet or person.  Or make a fun socially acceptable statement that shows your love of animals and our mission.
