Hospice Needs Your Support

The first of its kind in our community, the new RiverStone Health Inpatient Hospice Home will open in 2011. This new Home will provide hospice care in a home-like setting with a focus on comfort, compassion, and dignity. Our philosophy of care will enable patients and their loved ones to celebrate life.

People turn to hospice care when home care, hospitals, and nursing homes are not the right options or personal choice for end-of-life care. The new RiverStone Health Inpatient Hospice Home is designed to provide the intimacy desired for private and cherished family time.
Our community is a special place. Our history, culture, and natural beauty that surround us, all contribute to a strong sense of individual spirit. We live independently and with an inpatient hospice home we can spend the last days of our life on our terms; with family and friends in a warm, loving environment.

 

Join Our Commitment

The future of RiverStone Health Hospice includes having the only inpatient Hospice Home facility located in a two hundred mile radius. The funding will come from a variety of sources, including RiverStone Health, grants from private foundations, and local business and community contributors such as you.

We want to pave the way into our new facility with bricks. You can help by purchasing a brick paver. Your brick will welcome patients and families along the front walk way or outline the serenity garden path. Engraving a personalized brick is a meaningful way to ensure that your legacy or the legacy of a loved one lives on forever.
