PCIA and your neighbors in the pines are creating a brick
walkway that will mark the entrance of the new pier being built
right now at the beach. The walkway will be completed using
engraved red bricks honoring those you choose to honor. Please
consider purchasing a brick in honor of whomever you choose,
selecting a 4 x 8 brick for $120.00, or an 8.8 brick for $200.
The bricks cost about $20.00 to $30, so the balance, all $100.00
or $170 depending on which size you donate, will go to the PCIA
to be used solely and exclusively to defray the cost to the
Pines lot owners of the new covered pier at the beach.
We hope to have a great turnout for this fundraising drive, and
hope that you will take advantage of this opportunity to help
build the foundation for the future of the beach. Each brick
will be custom designed by you using the online ordering form
and sold at a cost of:
$120 per 4 x 8 brick
If we get just 50 of our
neighbors to buy a small brick, we'll have an additional $5,000
to use toward the pier. That may not seem like a lot given the
total price of the project, but it would be almost enough to
defray one year's payment on our loan.
Please order by June 1 so that we can place our first minimum
order of 25 bricks and begin laying the walkway. Contact Matt
