The Island Foundation invites you to become a permanent part of the Seashore Learning Center and Seashore Middle Academy campuses by purchasing a commemorative brick for the walkways to the new gymnasiums.  Proceeds from the brick sales will help purchase athletic equipment and supplies for each gymnasium.

 

The inscription of your choice will be engraved on the brick, and will be a lasting reminder of the community support that nourishes Island Foundation schools.

 

These bricks are a wonderful opportunity to:

Both SLC and SMA are charter schools, and DO NOT receive property tax dollars!  Charter schools are public schools, but without property tax dollars they receive $1,800 less per student than traditional public schools.  Charter schools do not receive funding for facilities.  This is why fundraising is so important to the maintenance and growth of our high performing campuses.
