PURCHASE A PERSONALIZED ENGRAVED BRICK!

You will be helping to raise money for Loudoun county's new Pediatric emergency department and enhanced Community Emergency Department. The bricks will be placed between the new and old Emergency Department entrances, creating a brick pathway of our supporters - a legacy of support from Loudoun County residents and friends.

Ordering Instructions:

Orders will be accepted through 3/1/06.
You will receive a receipt letter confirming your contribution and tax deductibility. If you do not receive a receipt letter or if a correction is necessary, call 703-858-8803.
For orders of bricks, print your inscription in upper case letters, exactly as it should appear on your brick. Maximum of of 18 characters, including spaces and punctuation per line. Exceptions will not be permitted. Text will be centered on brick. One name permitted per brick. corporate logos not permitted.
Loudoun healthcare foundation reserves the right to review all text for appropriateness.
