Holy Apostles Again Offering Memorial Bricks

In 2003, The Church of Holy Apostles created a Meditation Garden adjacent to the All Saints Perpetual Eucharistic Adoration Chapel and shortly thereafter laid the first Memorial Bricks that outline the pathway through the Garden. Memorial Bricks, with their personal inscriptions, have become a loving way to commemorate a special event in a person’s life, honor a friend or family member, or memorialize someone special. These lasting tributes begin along the walk to the Adoration Chapel and continue around the pond next to the Chapel.

Bricks can be ordered on line or by contacting Sue Draffkorn at the parish office, 815-385 LORD (5673). The suggested donation for a 4x8 inch brick is $50; for an 8x8 inch brick, $100. The 4x8 brick can be engraved with three lines holding 18 characters, including spaces, per line. The 8x8 inch brick has room for six lines with 18 characters, including spaces, per line.

The net proceeds from all Memorial Bricks go toward our Building Fund. A Certificate of Recognition is presented to all who place an order.
