The Florida Keys SPCA desperately needs a
new shelter. Currently, we must move all our animals into foster
homes at the threat of a hurricane because our existing facility
is not safe and is prone to flooding.
The Board and management of the Florida Keys SPCA envision a new
shelter that can withstand a category 4-plus hurricane. This new
building will safely house not only shelter animals but also the
animals of emergency personnel that stay behind during a storm.

by participating in the FKSPCA Buy-A-Brick Campaign. You can
honor a beloved pet, family member, or someone special with a
personalized brick. By doing so, you will create a permanent
memory and help us get that much closer to reaching our goal of
a new shelter.
Bricks will sell for $75 for a four by eight inch brick; $150
for an eight by eight inch brick. The 4x8 brick will have space
for three lines, eighteen characters per line and the 8x8 brick
will have space for six lines, 18 characters per line.
