Cherry View Elementary invites you and
your family
to see your name set in stone!
We are selling
personalized engraved bricks that will be set into a new paved
path at Cherry View. Your child can be remembered as part of the
Cherry View Family for years to come. This is a great way to
commemorate a fifth grader’s completion of elementary school, or
to remember the span of years that your children attended Cherry
View. You could dedicate a brick to a favorite teacher, or have
a brick engraved to remember best friends from your child’s
years at Cherry View.
The path will be over 100 feet long, and will be located in the
nature area behind the school. The new path will be completed as
an Eagle Scout Project this summer, and will be ready to view
and enjoy at open house Fall 2008. The path will eliminate the
dirt and mulch path that currently leads to the amphitheater and
outdoor learning areas. This will make the nature center
convenient to use in all weather without mud or mess, and will
make the nature center accessible to Cherry View children with
walkers or wheelchairs as well. The proceeds from the sale of
the bricks will be used to help pay for the path, as well as
other projects in the nature center and at our school that
benefit our children.
**If you have friends whose children have already graduated from
Cherry View, please pass this along and invite them to add their
bricks to our path as well!
ENGRAVED BRICK PRICES:
● 4 x 8 engraved brick: $32.00
(up to three lines of text, 21 characters/spaces per line)
● 4 x 8 donor keepsake brick: $32.00
(identical to engraved brick, but comes with felt backing and a
display stand for you to keep at home)
● Donor Certificate: $5.00
(Certificate with a picture of your brick inscription)
HOW TO ORDER: Complete the information form below and return
with a check for the total amount to the Cherry View Office or
your child’s teacher. Orders can also be placed online, just
follow the All checks should be made out to Cherry View
Elementary PTO. Please forward your payment to the school even
if you place an order online as we cannot take online payments.
