Honor
your child, a staff member or organization with an
engraved brick! The PTO will be constructing a
courtyard near the drop-off entrance to the new
building. We hope to have the courtyard in place
for the opening of the 2007-2008 school
year. By purchasing an
engraved brick you are helping to improve
playgrounds for our students! |
Orders can be
placed until the last day of school, June 8. Bricks may be
purchased for $50 each. Orders placed next year will likely
be at a higher price.
Brick text may
include up to 3 lines, 18 characters per line (spaces count
as characters). Engraved on your custom brick could be your
family name, a student’s name, your business or
organization’s name (a great way
to advertise). You could also choose to engrave a brick in
honor or memory of someone special such as a favorite
teacher or loved one.

(Orders with nicknames, slang terms, and/or symbols will not
be accepted. The PTO reserves the right to decline any
orders.)

For each courtyard
brick ordered, you may order an optional donor brick for
$25. Donor bricks are full-size replicas of the
courtyard brick. They come with felt backing and a
brick stand for display in your home or office.

You may also request
one complimentary donor certificate for each courtyard
brick.

The PTO will be
ordering a brick in honor of our principal, Mrs. Faye
Taylor. If you wish to contribute that brick, please
add $1 to your donation and you will be added to the
donor certificate which will be presented to her.
Please place a
separate order for each courtyard brick. To place your
order, fill out the information below. In the box for
“Donation Amount”, list the total amount owed

brick + principal brick donation = $51

After
submitting your order, print a copy and send it to the
school with your check or money order to GW
Bulluck PTO. All payments must
be received by September 1, 2007; pricing will increase
after that date.
