Ambrose Community Garden

Do you know someone you would like to recognize with a onetime donation that will last a lifetime?   Help create a unique highly visible pathway entrance into the Ambrose Community Garden.  Purchase an engraved brick in honor of your family, memory of a loved one, a community volunteer, birthdays, weddings, graduations, anniversaries, your company or organization.  Each sponsored beige brick will be a visible part of a red brick pathway.  All proceeds raised from the commemorative brick program will be used to create the complete pathway and other Ambrose Community Garden and Bay Point Garden Club projects.

The Ambrose Community Garden is located in Bay Point, CA next to the Ambrose Community Center on land owned by the Ambrose Recreation & Park District (ARPD).  The garden consists of numerous raised garden plots where we are growing vegetables& herbs for the community.

We need gardeners, youth, local organizations, artists, musicians, community activists and residents to participate! The Ambrose Community Garden hopes to become an outdoor community center!  There is an ongoing Art Mural program, a Food Distribution program and the Commemorative Brick Pathway.  The garden is always open to visitors and groups are welcome to meet there.  In the future we hope to build a gazebo for special local events.  

The Ambrose Community Garden is a project of the Bay Point Garden Club, a non-profit community organization whose mission is:  “To share the enjoyment of gardening and organize projects that will further enhance the natural beauty of Bay Point”
