Friends of Andover Football is currently completing construction of a new sports building at Andover High School’s Lovely Field. The new building will benefit fans and participants of all sports and that use the field. In just over two years, we have raised a total of $420,000.00 in cash and in kind donations. We now need just $76,000.00 to finish this 100% privately funded project.

The work to date was made possible by generous donations of money, materials and labor from Andover-area businesses and residents. Significant support was also given by municipal officials, employees of the town, the school department, and members of the football program.

The building includes a new ticket booth, a team media room, an expanded concession area, handicap bathroom, and equipment storage. We also made important repairs and renovations to the existing team lockers.

 

A way of providing a generous gift while leaving your name or message for your family and friends to see for many years is through the “Buy a Brick” program. The 4” x 8” bricks will be prominently placed near the stands where the players enter the field. They are $1,000 each and can have up to four lines of engraved text.  All tax-deductible donations from brick & tile sales will go into paying the costs of constructing the sports facility. 

 

Take part in a project that is being built by the residents, for the residents. A place that Andover can take pride in. A place our children and grandchildren will use for many, many years. Commemorate that special event in someone's life, honor a friend or family member, or memorialize someone special.
